TranslateBeing a student is a requirement to live here!! :)I'm looking for a responsible and sociable person for the room. I think it would be nice to eat together every now and then or to watch movies. I also work out at USC West, which is only 18 euros a month, and I think it would be great to work out together every now and then:) I really have my own life in Amsterdam, but I also really enjoy being at home. I hope you feel the same way! The house and the room are very spacious and pleasant. From the morning until about 3 o'clock in the afternoon there is sun in your room, then there is sun until the evening in the living room. There is a separate laundry room with a dryer, which is really spacious and nice. No more clothes racks in your bedroom, so :) There is also an extra freezer here. The bathroom has a bath, two sinks and a shower. Furthermore, the house also has 3 balconies, of which you also have access to a shared balcony from your bedroom. There is a shed under the building for your bicycle. The house is shared with another female student who is 21 years old. Furthermore, you live together with two boys who live here in assisted living, the idea behind this is that in this way they learn to deal with independent living and get a little bit of student life. You live through the Heeren van Zorg. You get a one-year contract, which can be extended up to 3 times. However, it is a requirement to be a student.
