TranslateMy partner and I have a free, new, almost independent furnished studio of about 30 m2 on the second floor of the house. It contains everything you need: a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a 160 cm bed, table, chair and wardrobe. The only facilities shared with the rest of the house are the washing machine and dryer. The location is great - Bowenkerk, Amstelveen - only 20 minutes by bike from Zuid station and only a minute from a bus stop towards Bijlmer Arena, Amsterdam Zuid and Schiphol. Albert Heijn, Lidl, Stadshart shopping centre and various sports facilities are also all within 10 minutes. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, with the Amsterdamse Bos around the corner. The base rent is EUR 1200 per month and we divide the utilities and taxes equally per person living in the house, so they are usually around 180 - at the end of the stay we can provide the actual cost and refund/charge the difference. We ask for a ?? Deposit of one month and some proof of income. It is already free and the term can be up to a year. We sign a contract and the tenant has to register with the municipality.
