Our spacious 9m2 room is available in a shared house located in Aalsmeer, in a desirable neighborhood.The room is unfurnished, allowing you to personalize it to your liking. With plenty of natural light, the room is bright and welcoming, making it a cozy place to call home.As one of our valued tenants, youll have access to all shared facilities in the house, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. Youll be sharing these facilities with three other friendly and respectful roommates.The monthly rent for the room is 320,- with additional expenses of 110,- a month for groceries. This includes all utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and high-speed internet. You can rest assured that there are no hidden fees or expenses.There are some guidelines we have to follow for choosing a roommate:- Max. 28 years old- Working situation: Has to have a permanent contract or you can prove your employer wants to give you one in the near future.- Maximum gross yearly income: 49.000 euro.To secure the room, we require a security deposit of two months rent. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the room or shared spaces.Please note that while we love pets, we already have two adorable guinea pigs living with us, and we cannot accept any new pets.
